These stainless-steel heat exchangers have been especially designed to meet the most demanding requirements for hygiene, and for operation in the vicinity of aggressive media. We can effectively plan, manufacture, and deliver an optimal heat-exchanger solution for you, to satisfy all requirements in this broad field of application. The high-tech, seamless connections between pipes and fins are produced by a laser system: a solution that guarantees no loss in output, even after long operation. This laser-fin piping system from us means that you enjoy all the benefits of the latest in heat-exchanger technology. We manufacture these heat exchangers completely from stainless steel, as one welded unit. The heat-exchange surface consists of elliptical and round stainless-steel finned pipes. The frames and the chambers are also made of stainless steel. The connections to heating agents are standard-equipped with DIN 2635 welding neck flanges. In order to compensate for the difference in thermal expansion and contraction, between the chambers and the lateral wall, the pipe bottom at the air heater is installed to enable sliding. The air coolers can also be provided with a catch pan for condensation water. These heat exchangers are classified under the required safety category of the pertinent EC Directive 97/23/EC for Pressurized Equipment, depending on the conditions under which they are intended to operate. They are manufactured in a European GEA plant, in accordance with the state of the art, and on the basis of project-related drawings and parts lists. As a result, all parts designed for operation under pressure are dimensioned with consideration taken of operating conditions as stipulated in the AD2000 body of regulations. Our products are subject to continuous quality control, as set forth in our Quality Management System, based on EN 9001:2000.
